Please note that our pieces can only be returned if an error was made on our part. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

Note that Alexandra Mae is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, however every item is fully insured to protect your jewelry order.  

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of order placed.
